The Beginnings of a Beet
Last Saturday I spent a good portion of the day seeding beets into flats to get them started in the greenhouse. This allows us to have delicious beets ready to nosh on in early May.
The rest of the beet seeds we plant will be direct seeded into the field when the weather gets a little warmer.
