And here's another fun fact for you...when my parents were deciding what they wanted to farm upon graduating from college they seriously contemplated pigs.  During her time at Rutgers, my mom had a pig named Succotash....Yep, we have a sculpture of Succotash in our house that was given to her by a college friend.
