Long Hot Quiche

This is a flawless way to combine 2 of my most favorite things: quiche and hot peppers.

Not to mention I feel like adding something like long hots contributes so much beauty to an ordinary (but lets be honest....extraordinary) egg pie.

Long Hot Quiche

7 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1 pie shell or homemade pie crust
1 cup feta cheese
3-4 long hot peppers, sliced in half vertically and seeds removed

Prepare your pie shell.

Whisk together eggs and milk.  Add to pie shell along with crumbled feta cheese.

Artfully place your long hots on top.

Bake for 35-40 minutes at 400 degrees or until tester comes out clean.
