We use the Integrated Pest Management Program through Rutgers University. In partnership with this program we have an entomologist come out twice a week and check for bugs and disease. They make recommendations on how to best treat any problems there may be. Telling us if we should spray or don't need to spray. We do try to avoid spraying whenever possible.
At this time we are not organic. In the past a portion of our farm was Certified Naturally Grown but we are not currently part of that program.
We hope to move in an organic direction in the future.
