What Do I Do With This....














What do I do with this....is a common question at the farmers' market.  This week the item in question: Swiss Chard...last week it was Radishes.  At the other end of the spectrum are my Swiss Chard die hard fans who come every weekend for their chard fix....today I was inspired by these folks.

After completing Murph at Crossfit {run 1 mile, 100 pull ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and finish with a 1 mile run} I thought I should treat myself to a nice dinner.  So I cooked up some chicken and sauteed swiss chard with green onions, garlic, and sprinkled with some freshly crumbled bacon.  Nom! Nom!  There was a time when I too had no clue what do with Swiss Chard, Beets, and number of other things. 

To answer the "What do I do with this" question I am always searching for laudable resources...so here's a list of love:
